    I'm guessing the volume didn't justify the support and/or licensing fees unfortunately.

    Not sure where you live, but maybe Amazon Prime is an alternative?

    At this point it's not coming back, and certainly wouldn't anytime soon.

    Sorry, but if you don't want alternatives there's really not mice more to say.

    You could email or tweet at BlackBerry or post on their Facebook page about this topic. That way they would possibly actually hear you.

    At least honor previous movie purchases...I have the files backed up in an sd card but the license refuses to re-download
