    and please no android app is working on my phone I have to open Bluetooth so that I should send any app that is from android source please this phone its becoming bad your losing many users...and after wiping my phone no app was found that is from BlackBerry source how can I use the phone please help

    What OS are you on?

    My suggestion would be to use an Autoloader to reinstall the OS and to use the very latest version (that works with your phone).
