    I just got my Blackberry Q10 and when I turn up or down the volume using the side buttons it takes screen shots instead and saves them. How do I turn off this feature? its frustrating.

    it should only take a screenshot when you press both volume keys simultaneously. If pressing one only also takes screenshots, you have a faulty device. Get it replaced.
