    Hi,'m Andrew, I I'm from Russia and can take some mistakes, try to understand me please.
    I have big problem with my bb z10
    When i typing the words, it typing letters by itself! And touchscrenn too, it's worst to write a sms and unreal! What can i do?

    The video is worst, i try to photograph again, when it backs.
    Becouse somtimes is normal, sometimes posible problems(1-2 letters), and sometimes it's unreal to use(10+ letters in a second).
    Please help me.
    Need I sent it for repear or I can solve this problem by myself?

    Have you used an autoloader before? I think your OS may corrupt, I would back up your device, and run an auto loader to do a fresh install of the OS. Minimally I would be trying 10.2.1.3247

    Get yourself a backup first.

    Try typing in all kind of apps.
    Note, Remember, Browser, Texting, Facebook, Twitter, etc. to see if it has the same problem.

    I never use autoloader, I load it, when i have free time.
    Yes, i try it now.
    But i have this os now, in Russia, i use the last one.

    I would do some reading about how to install a leaked OS, I believe Jaydee did a follow a bouncing ball post about how to install using an auto loader . It's pretty easy. If hard booting the device is nit working my guess is your oS is corrupt and you could use a fresh install

    I don't want to install leaked OS, I better wait for oficial, my phone is so buggy. I don't want unnesusary risk. I better back up official OS
    I do it later, and after write results
