    i have a problem of my blackberry z10 After download with the new software i cant open my settings

    I have a Z10 and a Passport!
    Not knowing what OS you "were" on and what you consider" the new,"
    I'm going to make a suggestion as if you were on 10.3.2.XXX and downloaded the "new" OS 10.3.3.2205 (software ver. 10.3.3.1463)
    !0.3.3.2205 was released about a year ago. If you reinstalled from a back up.... don't!!!

    You can shortcut here and there but you want your device to run like new!
    Download and install the latest autoloader then go to Cobalts page to set up the Play Store and download any apps you desire and set things up as you like.
    It isn't as much work as it sounds and the end result will make you very glad you did it.
