i have a problem

I made a bb ID, I haven't conferm my id by the link they give me before expiration of 72 hours.
Now I just use that id on my passport and when i start up again it won't recognize it. Maybe its because its an unconfermed id
How could i conferm it, anyways?
Help me solve this problem pls.

Were you setting up a brand new Passport out of the box? Or is it second hand?

second hand but its already been wiped so the first id is erased already

Are you sure? Did the seller disable BlackBerry Protect?
