    If you accidently reset (deleted) your BB id. You can create a new BB id using your same email address. The trick is associating it to your BB device. I recently went thru the same thing recently on my Backup Bold 9650. I ended up calling my provider to get my service books pushed down to my Bold (which also allowed for my BB id to get associated to my Bold).
