I have absolutely no credential certificates and am trying to figure out how that happened?!?!
My current phone is a Kyocera Hydro Air (pre-paid). From the day that I purchased it practically, I have been receiving account mgmt mag's prompting me to fix a problem with my personal profile. This would occur anytime that I did anything on my phone. I am technically challenged so I didn't discover the true issue until last night. I did contact tech support for my service provider who also could not find the problem this was a few weeks back. Support for chrome did let me know to look for PKCS#12 file w/a .pfx or a .12 extension located in an external storage. I do not have a clue. So decided to go in search of help... please.
