Are you able to log into Instagram via the website? Confirm that your credentials are correct. Then try the app again. Also, install Instagram via Google Play, or Snap if you have them installed.
iGrann doesn't touch your followers....
I agree with ☝ post. Make sure signing in with proper credentials.
