    Setup, Storage&Access, Device-Storage-Details, Memory = 1.1 GB beside a graph (pie)
Take a calculator and summ up : (System 240.2 MB) + (PIM services 67.2 MB) + ... = 0.7 GB. What is now that difference to 1.1 GB? As new the memory was less than 1.1 GB. No downloading or any additional instalation is done. Still new, but used for internet.

On my Z30 STA-5, purchased 1 month ago as well, ~1.1 GB is Used normally. How much Used did you see before that has you freaked out now? And why does it matter? It's RAM memory.
