i forgot screen lock password in my blackberry q5 with latest 10.3.1 os and i ihad more than 10 attempts with my assumed password still its not opening here i am ready to loose my data's still its not opening, i dont want to get my datas but i need open it

If you've had more than 10 attempts already without the device wiping, then some of your attempts have been ignored.
After 5 or so attempts, you need to type "blackberry" instead of your password. Then you will be able to try further passwords. Once you reach 10 attempts, your device will security wipe, which will take a couple of hours normally.
I hope you have backed up your data...

Have you backed up your device lately? Possibly go to the backup before you changed your password? You may have already done this.

That's the danger of using picture password. I gave a friend a Z30 for Christmas and he has been using picture password ever since. He contacted me in a bit of a panic because it was prompting him for a password and he had had already got it wrong 9 times. From some of his comments I realized he was using his BlackBerry ID password instead of the device password. He had to do a educated guess for his password and got in on the 10th try.
