Wen I am trying to verify it shows error msg Plz look at attached screen..but if I do forget PWD it's return PWD to mail but I can't access with it 2 attempts remain to reach 10 wrong entry's help me how can I know my ID

do u not have another source to access mail ?
no attached screen so i cant see what your explaining

worst case senerio get 10 wrong and your phone wipes its self .......then u start from fresh just hopefully u have a backup to reload phone again.

Yes but anyhow he must get his BBID and password back or he loses everything attached to it.

I am tried with the id showing in settings-about-genal..
Here I chose forget PWD but no luck

Here the error msg it showing this...
You can't sign in with a different black berry id on this device . Sign in with the original black berry ID used on this device.

So here u suggest me to do wipe out to create new ID Again

No, if you create a new ID any apps associated with the previous ID will not be available on this ID. Try using a computer to login in and change the password for your ID. Your current ID is 99% going to be your main email address.
