    Aug 29 2017 I dropped my BB Classic in the toilet and recovered immediately. I put my BB as i was told in a bowl of rice. Next day it wont turn on. Is it damage already? Please help

    Sorry to say but it's probably done. I would have left it in rice for 2-3 days minimum before trying to turn it on but too late for that now. Your last gasp could be to take it apart and let it dry out but it is probably done now.

    I wonder how many the rice thing works for....... especially now that batteries are built in.

    Thankfully today very few flagship phones aren't water "resistant".
