I deleted my service books and now i don't have any browser icon. I had some pages stored on the homescreen , butwhen i launch any of them, it opens the browser and says 'Browser is blocked'. Can anyone help me please

Re-install service books

You should be able to re-send the service books to yourself by following one of the options listed here.
