In case you have BlackBerry OS10 just reinstall OS by BB link
reload the OS
unfortunatly the only way is to reload the os or maybe sideload the hub .bar?
the text message icon is available in BlackBerry World, the Hub Icon not. Don't know why.
Why would you want the icon when you can access the hub from anywhere with just a swipe?
What if you hit the check for updates button. My z10 would download small updates when I would delete core apps. Worth a try first
