I can't update software as my country is unavailable. Is there any other ways to update ?

Past a few days ago , i did the security wipe on my BlackBerry Passport.. It's took like 3 days.. the next morning i woke up , i checked my phone and it show a Warning Sign stated "www.bberor.com/bb10-0015 " on my screen .. I'm totally new to BB and yea , it's still unavailable in my country , Myanmar. After Reading Posts , I Downloaded BB Link and tried to restore my phone.. but it keep showing " Software Update Encountered An Error " and asked me to check the internet .. my wifi working fine.. so is there any other way to get my passport good again pls ? Thank You
