    Every time I do the update it reachs 97% and keep saying this..

    No matter how much time I wait it never changes.

    Wow then u should cancel the update and reset your phone by holding the bottom and top volume keys

    Have you tried using Link instead? Better off doing it through Link regardless, especially for a major update.
