I can't reply to emails in Blackberry Hub?

My client has a Blackberry Keys 2 running 8.1.0. Recently, he reported that he cannot send or reply to emails using Hub. The account is a hosted exchange account. When attempting to compose or reply to an email, the To, CC and Subject fields load properly. However, where the body editor is supposed to be there is an error that says:

"Webpage not available. The webpage at data:text/html; charset=utf-8;charset=utf-8;base64, could not be loaded because: net::ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE"

My client ran the update and restarted his phone. Unfortunately, the issue persists.

Which version of BlackBerry Hub+ Inbox? Which version of Chrome?

My client reported that the most recent update resolved the issue. Thank you all for your help on this.
