My client has a Blackberry Keys 2 running 8.1.0. Recently, he reported that he cannot send or reply to emails using Hub. The account is a hosted exchange account. When attempting to compose or reply to an email, the To, CC and Subject fields load properly. However, where the body editor is supposed to be there is an error that says:

"Webpage not available. The webpage at data:text/html; charset=utf-8;charset=utf-8;base64, could not be loaded because: net::ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE"

I've had the same problem on my KeyOne for several days, with the same error message. Tried EVERYTHING including updating the operating system. Finally, I found your suggestion & updated Hub+Inbox. It now works like a charm. Thanks!!
