    A little more info.
    Did you
    A.) just upgrade the OS or
    B.) did this happen from an OS that you've been using and just suddenly happen?
    or
    C.) did this happen after you installed a new app?

    If it's C. uninstall the app. reboot.
    If it's B. install the latest OS 10.3.3.2163
    if it's A see B
    if it's non of the above see B
