    I have Z30 and downloaded Link, but it won't open and I can't delete it.

    Link is in dire need of an update as there have been numerous issues on Windows 10 devices and also with iTunes conflicts.

    What platform did you download Link on to and do you have iTunes installed?

    There are several threads with suggested fixes.
