    Please, help me I can't open APK software after upgrading my OS to 10.3.2.2252, even the appstore closes automatically,I Can't Install. Apk Apps, I have tried hard reset on my phone, Used the Autoloader and also downloaded the Android Runtime from Blackberry world but it won't Still Open, All I Can open is just whatsapp and BBM and other factory Apps ! Please I need Help.

    Hello when you installed the Android Runtime update did you right install reset your device? It's really important you reset device.

    Reset my device? Do u mean restarting my device after the installation? Yes I did, I followed every instruction, but it worsen the whole phone settings, before I Downloaded the runtime I was able to install. Apk Apps but ever since I installed it I cant install nor load any
