    My BlackBerry Z10 won't update to 10.3.1 . It's still stuck on 10.2. Whenever I try to update the phone it says that the phone is up-to-date. What should I do?

    I'm in India so I use airtel and Vodafone
    My friend got an update from airtel but mine won't update

    I have a BlackBerry q10 ( t mobile) . I don't have an update while the latest os 10.3.1 is released. My device have 10.2.1. When I go for updating it says u have latest version of software. So, plz suggest me the right choice.
