    I tried downloading movies, music on my blackberry Q10, buh it's nt working except from bbworld.dn't knw what is wrong can someone help me out

    How are you trying to download them, and where from?

    If you're talking about downloading from browser links, just hold down on the link, and when the overflow menu pops up on the right select "Save Linked File"
