    When I press the settings button in my BlackBerry, it opens a black without content window. Also when I tried to connect the phone with the DeskTop manager it cannot be connected. Can somebody help me here?

    A black settings screen is a bug with 10.3.3. You will have to run an autoloader for a clean install of the OS.

    Use Ultimate Backup from BBW first if there is anything you want backed up.

    As far as connecting to Link, many people have that problem with Windows 10 and 10.3.3.
