    And I tried to update the android runtime and I doesn't download at all and I get the "network error" message, I don't know if I should perform a factory reset I need your help guys

    No need to factory reset. Just install the 2813 bar files. Read "quick fix"...

    Can you clarify "nothing happened"?

    If you have installed the bar files correctly you should now be able to uninstall android apk.

    Did you you reboot device before and after install of the bar files?
