Aaaah it's the security level of the website. BlackBerry browsers are very much about security and will throw an error if the security certificate on a website doesn't properly encrypt info you enter there. Sometimes they will block a website entirely, and other times they will warn you that the site is not secure, but let you override the warning and enter anyway.

I tried logging into your site that you posted, and got a warning that their security cert. was for backend2.betallweek.com, and it was issued by "Let's Encrypt Authority X3". "Let's Encrypt" is a free security certificate issuer that a lot of browsers don't recognise as secure yet, and will try to protect the user (you) from entering personal info there.

My browser warned me but will allow me to make an exception and override the warning. Next time you try to log in, scroll down to the bottom of your warning message and see if there is a tic box you can check which lets you make an exception for this site from now on, and load it anyway. That should solve your problem.

If you ever get a warning saying the site you're trying to log into is blocked entirely, it's because you are trying to enter a site which has no security at all. Say thank you to BlackBerry for the warning and find a site that is set up with proper security protocols, before you start entering things like credit card numbers and other sensitive info into it.

    Hope that helps.

PS: I can't speak to iPhone's browser, but it's apparently more forgiving than Blackberry's is. This isn't necessarily a good thing, even if it lets you enter passwords etc into any website with any level of security on it. BlackBerry phones have always been about security first, so that's why your wife's iPhone logged in easily, but yours stopped you.

Now, I cannot login either thru the mobile or desktop. Any thoughts on how to work around this ? It is frustrating. I used to be able to login but no longer.

Check your browser settings - maybe you can change the security level?
