i can not hear the caller on my new dtek 60, i can hear the caller only if i did a factory rest
if i restart after the factory reset it goes back to not hearing the caller
however i can hear the caller on the load speaker and the headphones
did anyone has this issue , how can i solve it

Are you reloading any old data or apps after the Factory Reset? If so try again without any old data.

Otherwise, I say you need to contact warranty support.

i took it to the support , and the problem was when i was transferring the data from my priv it had a corrupt file, so i only transferred my contacts and sms and downloaded the apps , until now all is ok
