I used to connect my Blackberry Classic via USB cable to my laptop and under my Windows Network directory (where all the other devices on the network are visible) the Blackberry Classic would show up. Once I clicked on the Blackberry Classic, I used to go and find all my photos both the ones on media card and the ones stored on the device. I would then copy the photos straight of the directory onto my laptop, no problem. I can no longer “see” the DCIM file, which I can see on the device. Blackberry Blend and Blackberry Link no longer work with the Blackberry Classic.

Re-enable SMB 1 in Windows. Link should work again after that, just be sure to disable SMB 1 again when you're done.

Why not just use a memory card? That IS the easiest way to transfer anything.
