    Yes. I did this on my old Torch. I took an extremely small drill bit and extremely slowly drilled into the jack until it had a good bite on it, and pulled it out. Nothing was damaged.

    Yes. Just think out side of the box on ways to remove it. For example try to attach the cut end of a round tooth pick ( or something else that is small and round ) with a product like Crazy Glue on the end to the stuck headphone piece. I'm sure one could think of lots of other ways too. Good luck.

    Make a tight seal with your lips and inhale quickly with a lot of force. That should do it.
