I am using Q5 and getting Device storage full.. But i got transferred all photos, videos, everything from device memory to memory card.. still i am facing the same internal storage issue even after rebooting...
i HAVE WIPED AND FACTORY RESET DONE TWICE BEFORE EARLIER IN MY Q5 when i got this same kind off error ..
