[CrackBerry Question]

i tried alot to reload os/software by given steps on black berry links but always the bb link gave message that "here are no blackberry software updates available" what should i do i tried aloooooot now i am tired

Please register for further help, need a lot more info still, what is your PC running, have you tried a different USB cable or even port, have you tried a different PC. Etc etc.

I am having the same problem with my passport. After I did a security wipe on the device so that I can give it to someone. Lesson learnt!! I will never ever ever ever waste my money on a BlackBerry device!! NEVER AGAIN!!! The aftermarket support for these devices is rubbish, the brand itself has lost the plot. BlackBerry is officially dead!!

Try software reload via BlackBerry Link. I had the same issue on my Z10 while using it. So I searched online and from the different solutions online, I tried os reload via link. But remember, it will delete everything from your device.

Or its a just a simple unattended USER ERROR!!!!
