    Blackberry keyone. Using Microsoft 365 Outlook for work email and gmail for personal email. Up until last evening I got the red dot along with a sound notification that i had an email. After cleaning up some setting on my phone i no longer get the red dot. All settings on accounts are set at "on" for notifications and "on" for Allow notification dots. Not getting the dots. Any help?
