    i tried to back up my phone on BBlink and sachesi. when i try on Link it will sync my pictures and videos but when i try to back up my phone it attempts it and then i get an error that it cannot connect to the BB. when i tried it on Sachesi it would never complete.

    im thinking my OS is screwed up so i wanted to know if there is a way to update the OS without deleting my data like an autoloader would.

    Have you tried reinstalling Link. It's more likely to be your prob.
