    I go to setup and try email accounts. when I click on email accounts, it comes the top of the screen says enterprise activation, nothing about email accounts. I input my email address and password, wait awhile for an activation and it says it can not connect to a server. getting frustrated.

    What phone do you have, what email provider, screenshots.......

    This will help us fix the problem.

    Sounds like you're using an older BlackBerry device (not BlackBerry 10). You need to get a data package that is specific for BlackBerry devices (usually called BlS). Contact your prepaid cellphone provider.
