    hello i am using a black berry z10 STL100-4 and the os version i dowloaded is 10.3.2.2876 but its not the full os becuase it cant play music nor video and does not have a file manager please help me with directories on how to download a full os for my fone and please try answer detaily am not rilly good at stuffs like this.thanks

    You installed a Developer Version, that doesn't have all the apps included.
