My volume keys are working but it is not displayed,whats app is not working properly,browser closes automatically.

If it's under warranty... return it.

If not, it's your 2nd time.... what? Did you reload the OS, reboot the phone?

My suggestion would be to do a fresh install of the OS and don't restore anything... see if that works. If you still have these separate "glitches" with different programs... maybe try an older version of BB10 than the one you are using.

Yeah, sounds like you may be restoring a backup that has these issues. As stated above, if you can afford the time to, restore device to factory settings and add build back your device manually. Luckily you can make manual backups of most things except BBM chat history and browser bookmarks. Look at Backup Pro if you're interested.

What OS are you running? Did you update OTA or are you running a leak?
