    All texts from this person are gone. Why didn't "Undo" work? How can I get those texts back? I have a BlackBerry Passport. Please help! Thank you.

    once you delete texts they are gone as far as i know. Did you have a complete backup of your phone? the texts might be saved there.

    You most likely pressed undo too late. Hit that check at the top so you don't accidentally delete any more.
