    Hi guys....Hub/Inbox is impossibly slow on my KEY2LE....even opening a message or deleting can take minutes. Have tried closing, soft re-set, deleting and re-installing the app....nothing helps. OK on my older KEY2 btw.

    Running version 2.2034.1.8456.

    Can anyone help please?

    Are you on Beta?

    Running these NON BETA on KEY2 as latest from Playstore and no issues whatsoever.

    Latest on playstore HUB+ services is 2.2023.1.6529

    And HUB inbox 2.2023.1.6583

    Uninstall what you have and install latest from Playstore.

    But if on BETA you must leave Beta programme first.

    I think it sped up simply by virtue of reinstalling the apps. If you were to upgrade once again to the beta, you should still be fine.

    OP on post stated had tried deleting, reinstalling BETA HUB app with no fix. With install of non BETA it's working.

    Yes, the attempt was made, but perhaps the entire suite was not deleted the first time.

    Whatever the case, there should be no difference between the production and beta versions, else everyone would be reporting the same thing.

    I left BETA because of issues. No real / features advantages whatsoever on BETA. Maybe with upcoming BlackBerry 5G device we can will see a new Beta programme back up n running that offered some advantages.

    Solve one problem and create another. Just realised that all my emails from before I uninstalled and reinstalled are now just shells with no content. Argh! Crippling. Surely they should have properly uploaded since Saturday?
