Hub > Settings > Display and Actions
    Scroll to the bottom

    Hub Instant Actions

    Email Action 1 ( File/Flag/None)
    Email Action 2 ( File/Delete)

I can't find an explanation on what this does on CrackBerry (Only using the app), Google is no help either.

This is on my new Q5 running 10.3

In the Hub or in emails, select the button that looks the this image and you'll see the two options.

The default setting are "save to folder" and "delete".

I set mine to "Flag" and "Delete"

You'll also see that for text messages, you can quick reply from the HUB without opening the text message application.

Thanks for the very quick reply!

I see the icon in the Hub you are talking about. It doesn't seem to matter what I select as Action 1 and 2 only a trash can shows up beside each email. What am I missing?

Hmm. This would mean that option 1 is none. If it's not set to none, and this is happening. something is wrong. Try a restart. If that doesn't work, it's a bum leak.
