    I updated to 10.3 on my Q10, however when I use the hub it sometime freezes. The problem is intermittent.

    I'll be using an App and then go to the hub to check BBM or send an email and nothing will not open up when I tap them. I will have to go in and out of the Hub two or three times to the home screen and then finally it starts to work again.

    I assume its a glitch. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

    Couple of things to try..

    Reset the hub. Swipe from top right corner to center 5 times on the hub.

    Other thing to try is a hard reset. Hold volume up and down at the same time till you see the circle.

    Also if you just updated, it does take a bit for it to settle down.

    I tried rebooting the Hub as suggested. Have done so several times. I have done "cold" reboots. The glitch is getting less pronounced but still happens every once in awhile.
