How to view the content transfer images/videos on my Google Account

Hey,
Got a situation, on one of my many backups, i used the Content Transfer APP but since then changed the phone several times, etc.. anyway, i wanted to try and get a certain video and pictures - and though i can see them all on my Google Account - i cant open them, i can download them.. but even then i can't actually open them.

They are the full files and are Jpg / Mp4.. i can't seem to find any info online..

I assume that there is some kind of lock on them? but i really need to get hold of these videos/pics..

Anyone got any suggestions?

Last time I looked, backup didn't even show up on google drive anymore.

Do you see your backups.... can you download them to your PC?
