    I got BlackBerry Z 10 two weeks before but when I check for software update it shows you have the latest update. So should I wait for 10.3 upgrade?

    If this was a branded phone (was originally sold by a carrier), you have to wait for the original carrier to push the OS, or do it yourself. If it's a factory unlocked phone, you'll get it form BBerry,

    Update via BlackBerry Link or via WEB http://blackberry.com/update , you will get new version.

    Just update it yourself. There are lots of links here for the OS you want and you can update in about 20 minutes. Why wait?

    Still now I didnt receive any notifications regarding the update for 10.3. Should I change any settings for that like software develobment enable, location services on like that.

    If you have a phone that is branded to a carrier (such as Verizon) you will be pushed the carrier's version. In the USA, most carriers are finally starting to push. If you have a factory unlocked phone (not branded) you will get it from Blackberry.

    Then you should be getting the update as the carrier rolls it out. Verizon and at&t in the US are starting now, t-mo only the classic so far.
