It's not possible. The next closest thing would be a BB Classic, however, it runs on BB10, which will see it's EOL in the near future.

The 9900 isn't getting Android, and will have its services turned off in about a year anyway. If you really, really, really need (need) a keyboard and an operating system without mold in it, look at the KEY2/KEY2 LE/KEYone depending on budget. If you don't spontaneously combust if you start typing on glass, the world is your oyster.

Quinzel, I'm one of the most dedicated BB10 and BBOS diehards you will find here...and I'm sorry to tell you that Thurask is right.

If you want a keyboard and the ability to run Android apps, I'd suggest a Passport or a Q10. If you truly need full Android however I would go with whatever Android device best suits your needs.

the_boon, I do believe you're as passionate about GooBerrys as I am about Blackberry 10 devices.

Quinzel, it's truly up to you. I maintain BB10 is the way to go for 9900 fans such as yourself; the_boon and others suggest going straight to Android. It's truly about what works best for you.

He wants Android.... at this point BB10 is fine for Email, Phone and Text. But if someone wants to run today's Android Apps, BB10 isn't really an option. Especially if he wants current social apps or games.

And that is of course totally fine. However, since no Android device will ever approximate the 9900, and since it seems the OP was wanting that experience, I suggested BB10. It is all up to the OP as to what they want. Many Android apps run on BB10 with no issues, but as I noted in my original post going to Android is required for the "full" Android app experience.
