when there is incoming call in my blackberry z3 there is in mute mode,so how to unmute this?

During ring you cannot unmute a call once muted. But you can still manage mute system before someone call you.
1. Click on phone icon given on home screen.
2. Click on option bar, given on right lower corner of the screen ( three points)
3. Choose settings
4 silence ringer turn off it
