Hi all, I had a BB classic from my girlfriend, it was a business phone that I would like to use. I put inside an Italian SIM but it look for a Network verification code. I found several possible options on internet, using different software but none of them work. Anyone has a simple procedure I could use?

Let's start by finding out a couple of things.

First, what is the exact model of your Classic - SQC100-?.

Second, what "OS Version" are you on (settings, about, OS)?

OK, so you have the right model for your network and carrier - just wanted to confirm.

Yes, I know it's BB10. I was looking for the OS version.

You'll have to ask Vodafone UK to unlock it.

the OS version is 10.3.3.3216 . Is there any way I can unlock the phone alone? Isent a message to Vodafone but I never received any answer from them
