I bought a pre-owned Curve 9360 to substitute my loved one wich is falling apart, but its use is annoyed by a SalesForce Mobile app, which is continuosly asking permission for connectivity. I tryed to unistall it, but it's forbidden by SF Administrator... to whom I can't apply. What can I do to get rid of this app?
I also would be keen to reinstall the o.s. but I don't know how to accomplish this.
    Anyone can help me?

Sounds like it's still attached to some admin services. You can't uninstall it w/o their access. You can try reinstalling the OS by downloading and running BlackBerry Desktop Manager - BlackBerry Desktop Software - BlackBerry OS Software - EN - United States but, there's a good chance the app will come back.
