It would help if you said which model of BlackBerry you are using, but another option is to email it to yourself (use WiFi).

Not quite that easy.

Is BB Link installed on the PC?

If not, you'll never be able to access the internal memory that the camera defaults saving pictures to.

Do you have a MicroSD card installed on the phone?

If so, then you can set the camera to save to the media card. That CAN be accessed from a PC without Link as long as the phone has "USB Mass Storage Mode" turned ON. Then, a PC can see the SD card as a removable drive and you can copy and paste from phone to PC as usual. Mass storage mode is not available if there is no SD card installed. That's why you can't access the internal memory without Link.

If Link is on the PC (and working - as in, it sees the phone when connected), and the phone is NOT set to "mass storage mode", then you can access internal memory as a network "Z:/" drive. This way you can only see the user folders that BlackBerry allows you to see. This includes the "/camera" folder you pictures default to. If you have an SD card, it shows up as another network "Y:/" drive.

That's why there more to it than just "plug your phone into your PC and import". It depends on the user's actual set up, and having the right settings and software loaded up.
