    I've been unable to transfer contacts from my about-to-expire BB9780 (battery drain issues) to my PC but can't figure out how. Blue tooth is connected, and also by cable, but the device does not appear on Blackberry Desktop. I've tried to "Switch Devices" (from Playbook) but it asks me to connect the device. Help is much appreciated.

    I used this program and it worked well but be warned, it contains adware and nagware.
