When I am trying to security wipe my blackberry z3 its stuck on 92% to solve this problem I connect my phone to my pc, open blackberry link to reload and hold the power button for 10 second but after that my phone displaying an error "www.bberror.com/bb10-0015" again to fix it i am downloaded its autodownloader and but when i am trying to run its not working. i noticed that my phones not properly connect with my pc its just connect for few minutes thats why autodownloader not worked...
please help me to solve these problems...

Autoloader is how you fix the issue...

Read the instructions on how to use an Autoloader...

Make sure you have the right Autoloader for your phone...

Then make sure the phone connects to your PC..

I have the passport and have error www.bberror.com/bb10-0015. Phone just stays with this message, even when I turn the phone off. The battery will not die on phone, phone will not connect to computer as it just stays with this error message. so BlackBerry link, Blend and autoloaders will not work as computer will not detect phone. as error message stay on phone. can you help?
